What Is Permanent Magnet Alternator

Permanent magnet DC tachometer generator belongs to one of the DC tachometer generators. Permanent magnet type adopts high-performance permanent magnetic steel excitation, which is less affected by temperature changes, has small output changes, high slope and small linear error. Because the permanent magnet type does not need another excitation power supply, also does not affect the output voltage due to the temperature change of the excitation winding, so it is widely used.

1. The magnetic steel is made of neodymium, iron and boron permanent magnets, model: N35SH, permanent magnet inset supplemented with adhesive fixation;

2. The stator adopts high strength, not easy to deformation, cold rolled silicon steel sheet;

3. The winding is made of round enameled copper wire, which is hot-dipped with vacuum constant temperature to improve the insulation level.

4. The electric shell is made of cast iron and adopts the bearing shaft imported from Japan to ensure the service life of the motor;

5. According to the standardized magnetic circuit design, the optimized pole configuration increases the wind speed area for effective power generation, improves the power generation efficiency and reduces the starting torque of the generator.
